Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of cannelloni
  • 1 zucchini
  • 300 grams of sour cream
  • 150 grams of prosciutto
  • 2-3 stalks of green onions
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • frying fat
  • sauce of choice for garnish

 

Method of preparation:

 

Blanch the cannelloni until soft and cool. Cut zucchini sticks and fill them.

 

Pour the cream into a bowl, add finely chopped onions and prosciutto, stir and pour the mixture into a pouch.

 

Fill all the cannelloni with the mixture and cut them in half. Dip them in the flour first, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in very hot fat, drain and serve the rolls warm, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
