Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 cambium
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of ground cornflakes
  • 1 red onion
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • salt, pepper, curry
  • 100 grams of chopped black olives
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 2 soft tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the peppers, clean them and dip them twice, first in the eggs, then in the flour and finally in the cornflakes. Fry them in an oil bath and drain. Put them in a pan covered with a sheet of parchment.

 

Heat the butter and fry the onion, chicken and season with salt, pepper and curry to taste. Stir and add the carrots, olives, tomatoes, sugar and finely chopped parsley.

 

Stew the mixture for 5 minutes, cool it and fill the peppers.

 

Sprinkle with yellow cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
