How To Cook Breaded Stuffed Peppers With Minced Meat And Béchamel - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • olive oil for frying
  • 300 grams of minced meat
  • 10 marinated red peppers
  • half a head of onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • black pepper and nutmeg to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation:


Heat, chop and fry the onion, garlic and add the minced meat. Using a wire stirrer, grind it into small grains and pour the white wine. Reduce the heat and cook until the liquid is reduced. Add the flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and pour in the milk.

 

Stir until thickened and set the mixture aside.

 

Cool and fill the peppers with it.

 

Dip them in the beaten eggs, then beat in the flour, return to the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.

 

Fry in very hot fat. Drain and serve the peppers warm.
