How To Cook Breaded Stuffed Peppers With Potatoes, Bacon And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of green peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • olive oil for frying
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh coriander
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 300 grams of boiled potatoes
  • 80 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

 

for breading

 

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 50-70 milliliters of beer
  • pinch of salt
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil and fry finely chopped boiled potatoes, bacon and onions. Season with fresh coriander, parsley, salt, paprika and add the melted cheese. Stir the mixture and set aside.

 

Cut the peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and fill with the mixture.

 

Beat the egg whites and yolks in two separate bowls. Add flour, salt and beer to the yolks. Combine with egg whites and mix gently. Dip each pepper in the breadcrumbs, heat the oil and fry them.

 

Drain, arrange on a plate and serve.
