Season the fillets with salt, pepper and devesil. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, cornflakes and stir. Dip the fish in the beaten egg, then in the crispy mixture and arrange in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven until done. Serve the dish warm, garnished with juice and slices of lime.
