Required products :
7 fresh cabbage leaves
200 grams of yellow cheese or other suitable hard cheese
200 grams of sour cream
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
spices to taste (ground black pepper, curry, turmeric and others of your choice)
flour and breadcrumbs for rolling
Method of preparation :
Boil the cabbage leaves. First, carefully separate them from the cob and put them in boiling salted water for 7-10 minutes. The cabbage should soften but not break. Then cut the hard parts.
Cut the yellow cheese into 7 rectangular pieces.
Mix sour cream with 3 tablespoons of flour, add salt and spices to taste.
Wrap each piece of cheese in a cabbage leaf.
Roll first in flour, then in the cream mixture with the spices and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden.
