Necessary products:

 

  • 450 grams of flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 25 grams of butter, cut into cubes
  • 25 grams of live yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 pinch of spice mix of your choice
  • sesame for sprinkling
  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk for glaze

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare, rinse, dry and grease refractory cups. In a bowl sift the flour, add salt, yeast diluted in warm water, sugar and butter.

Add the spices of your choice, mix until homogeneous and leave the dough to rise. With a spoon scoop out of it and put in the cups. Wait for it to double in volume again and glaze with fresh milk.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. When ready, wrap with a damp cloth, cool and serve.
