Required products :
500 grams of flour
470 grams of fermented buttermilk
125 grams of butter
50 grams of sugar
15 grams of baking powder
liquid cream for spreading
Method of preparation :
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and salt, add the baking powder. Put the diced butter and grind by hand until crumbly. Then pour the buttermilk and knead the dough. Put it on a sheet of parchment and roll out a layer about 2.5 centimeters thick. Using a cup or other suitable shape, cut circles with a diameter of 4-5 cm, which you arrange (almost tightly next to each other) in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment.
Coat their surface with liquid cream and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve the cakes warm with your favorite jam or spicy sauce.
