Method of preparation :
Mix warm milk with sugar, yeast and add a tea cup of flour. Put the combination for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Then gradually pour the remaining amount of flour into the sourdough, pour in the oil and add salt.
Put the butter (it should be soft).
Knead a soft dough and cover with a towel for a quarter of an hour.
Prepare the products for the filling.
Grate the yellow cheese and pit the olives.
Break a little of the dough (the size should be the size of an egg) and flatten on a floured board.
In the middle of each loaf put the grated yellow cheese.
On it olives (cut in half).
Next are pieces of melted cheese, which will give a softer texture to the filling.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill on top.
Close the filling tightly with the dough.
Turn the loaves back.
Grease a round ceramic form with melted butter (both the bottom and the walls).
Arrange the loaves in it, leaving a space between them.
Apply a lot of melted butter to their surface.
Cover with sesame seeds.
And it remains only to bake for half an hour in a preheated oven (average temperature of 180 degrees).
Grease again in the middle of baking.
The golden breads are ready.
