Required products (for 1 serving) :

1 round loaf / loaf (can of wholemeal flour)
1 egg (you can use a quail) a
few slices of tomato a
piece of cheese - to taste
spices of your choice

 

Preparation :
Cut the top of the bread (lid) and carefully carve the inside, forming a bowl.
Be careful not to make the bottom and walls too thin.
Cut the cheese into thin slices, put them in water for a while. Cut the tomatoes into circles.

 
Put the raw egg in the bread pan.

 

Followed by 1-2 circles of tomato and cheese. Do not add salt, because the cheese is usually salty enough.

 
Sprinkle with black pepper and / or other spices of your choice.

 

Close the loaf with the lid cut at the beginning and wrap in foil.

 
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Unroll the finished bread immediately after removing it from the furant so that it does not soften by steaming in the foil.
