Required products :

300 grams of flour
120 milliliters of milk
100 grams of butter
1 egg
10 grams of yeast
100 grams of dark chocolate
40 grams of sugar
1-2 pinches of salt
yolk to spread

Method of preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
Sift the flour into a bowl, pour the milk with the yeast, then add the sugar, lightly beaten egg and a pinch of salt. Knead a soft smooth dough. Add the softened butter and broken into small pieces of dark chocolate.
Knead the dough again and add another 1-2 tablespoons of flour if necessary. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
When it rises, divide into balls (about 50 grams each). Arrange them in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment, and leave to rise (for 30-40 minutes).
Then coat their surface with beaten egg yolk and bake the loaves in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
