Required products :
150 grams of cottage cheese
30 grams of prunes
30 grams of almonds
1-2 slices of rye bread
2 tablespoons sour cream
Preparation :
Pour prunes with water for an hour to soften.
Mash the curd with a fork (if it is too dry, beat with a blender).
Add the softened prunes, which you have cut into strips, stir and transfer to the bowl in which you will serve.
Grind the almonds, break the bread into small random pieces.
Add the almonds to the cream and pour over the curd.
Garnish breakfast with whole almonds and serve with rye bread.
