Necessary products:
1 liter of fresh milk
12 tablespoons semolina with top
400 g of cottage cheese
200 g flour (the amount is approximate)
2 eggs + 1 yolk
raisins - to taste
vanilla sugar - to taste
crystal sugar - to taste
vanillin
frying oil
Method of preparation:
Make the filling. Boil the raisins for 30 minutes. Mix the curd well with the sugar, add the vanilla sugar, a little vanilla and the yolk. Stir, add the raisins and stir again.
Boil a thick paste of fresh milk and semolina, first bring the milk to a boil and when this happens, gradually add the semolina, stirring. Add sugar to taste and stir again. Turn off the heat, wait 5 minutes and start gluing the snacks. The porridge should not get cold, because snacks will not be able to stick together. Pour the flour into a bowl, with the help of a tablespoon scoop out the semolina porridge, put them in the flour and sprinkle with it. Then sprinkle your palm with flour, put the porridge in it, press with the other hand and form a loaf. In the middle put 2 teaspoons of cottage cheese and collect with your hands. Arrange the shaped snacks in a plate sprinkled with flour. Bonding should take place while the mixture is still warm. In a separate bowl, beat the two eggs and add a few drops of water.
