How To Cook Breakfast Puff Pastry With Eggs, Bacon And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200-300 grams of puff pastry
  • eggs (as is the number of beter bases)
  • several pieces of bacon
  • parmesan to taste
  • dill, basil, parsley and other spices

 

Method of preparation :

Roll out the dough, cut it into squares 7-10 cm wide and arrange them in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment. Make boards at the edges of the squares, folding the dough (their height should be about a centimeter), so a space will be formed to fill with the other products.

Beat one egg on each puff pastry base and place a few pieces of bacon. Add salt, sprinkle with chopped green spices and ground black pepper, then cover the filling with grated Parmesan cheese (you can replace it with another type of suitable cheese / yellow cheese).

Bake the snacks for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
