How To Cook Breakfast With Milk, Pie Crusts And Pistachios - Recipe

Required products :

for barks:

  • 6 sheets of pastry crust
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, salt and cinnamon

for breakfast:

  • 2 teaspoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 tea cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/4 tea cup finely chopped dates

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 160 degrees.

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix honey with melted butter and add spices.

Put 2 sheets of pastry crusts in the prepared pan and spread with the honey mixture. Then put 2 more peels on top and spread them. Finish with the remaining 2 crusts and pour the whole amount of mixture on top.

Bake for 9-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool completely, then break into small flakes. Store at room temperature for up to 4 days in a tightly closed jar.

It's time to assemble breakfast:

In a small bowl, mix the honey with the yogurt.

Take 4 cups and put 2-3 spoons of milk in them at the bottom. Sprinkle with crushed peels, 1 teaspoon of pistachios and the same amount of chopped dates. Repeat in the same order, finishing with yogurt. Sprinkle at the end with a little crushed bark and a teaspoon of honey.
