Required products :

  • 1 kg of brie cheese
  • 700 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/4 tea cup fresh parsley and parmesan

Method of preparation :

Put the brie cheese in a pan and cut off the top hard side of the cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 until it melts - check after 10 minutes that it has not melted.

While the cheese is cooking, boil the spaghetti for 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Save 1 cup of the liquid in which you boiled the pasta.

Transfer the spaghetti to a large bowl, season with olive oil, garlic cloves and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Add salt if necessary.

After removing the cheese from the oven, transfer the cooked spaghetti in portions to the cheese pan to cover with cheese. If the sauce is very thick, add the reserved water.

Serve the spaghetti sprinkled with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
