The fish is useful and tasty, but often becomes dry during cooking, especially if grilled. To avoid this, we suggest you use the marinade, which will not only flavor the fish, but will make it tender and will not get dry.

It is important not to miss any of the ingredients, because each of them has its role: salinity is what will preserve the fish and keep it, and ice is important if you want your dish to be edible.

Required products :

  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 tea cup thinly sliced onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons ice

Method of preparation :

Combine the water, salt and sugar in a bowl and wait for the crystals to dissolve.

Add all the products and finally add the ice to make sure your marinade is completely cold.

Pour it into a large bag with a zipper (or if you have a suitable jar) and put the fish fillets inside. Close the zipper of the bag, carefully expelling the air from inside.

Refrigerate overnight, remove to temper the fish for half an hour, then cook it as you choose.
