How To Cook Broccoli Casserole With Cottage Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of cottage cheese
2 eggs
30-40 grams of flour
5 cloves garlic
30 grams of chopped green onions
30 grams of chopped parsley
400 grams of broccoli
10 milliliters of vegetable oil
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the curd with the eggs and flour, add salt to taste and mix until smooth. Add finely chopped garlic, parsley and green onions. Mix everything thoroughly.

Chop the broccoli into inflorescences and put them in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Do not overcook, vegetables should remain firm. Take out in a shallow wide form, which you have previously greased with oil. Cover the broccoli with cottage cheese and place the dish in a preheated 180 oven for 30-40 minutes.

When the finished casserole has cooled a bit, cut into pieces and serve.

It can be served as a standalone dish or as a side dish.
