How To Cook Broccoli Meatballs With Peppers, Carrots And Spinach - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Broccoli meatballs with pepper, carrots and spinach". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of cooked broccoli
  • 300 grams of spinach
  • 3 eggs + 1 beaten for frying
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs + 1 tea cup for frying
  • 1/4 tea cup corn flour
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 finely chopped pepper
  • salt, pepper
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl put the broccoli, finely chopped spinach, eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, carrots, peppers, salt and pepper. Stir the mixture and form meatballs with greased hands.

Put beaten egg and breadcrumbs in two bowls. Dip each meatball in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Drain, cool and serve with garnish and sauce of your choice.
