Method of preparation :
Cut the peeled head of old onion into small cubes, garlic cloves - into slices, grate carrots.
Wash all dried fruits with warm water.
Heat a frying pan, pour the oil in it and pour the onion, garlic, carrot, and cumin seeds. Fry the mixture for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the dried fruit to the vegetables, stir again and then pour the rice.
Fill the products with boiling water to cover the white berries by 1-2 centimeters.
Mix the ingredients and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the dish to simmer for 15-20 minutes and the heat to below.
You can serve both hot and cold.
