How To Cook Brown Rice With Soy Sauce And Sesame Seeds - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Brown rice with soy sauce and sesame seeds". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cup brown Basmati rice
  • 5-6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Pour two teaspoons of boiling water over the rice, add olive oil and salt (do not overdo it, because soy sauce is salty).

Place the pan on a hot plate. Once the liquid boils, reduce the temperature, put a lid that does not close tightly, and let the rice cook until all the water has evaporated.

Stir the berries when you pour the water and after boiling it, then it is not necessary.

Once the liquid is absorbed and the surface of the rice is dry, turn off the stove, close the lid completely and leave it for a moment.

Heat a dry pan and lightly roast the sesame seeds in it. Add the rice grains, soy sauce, stir and let the mixture cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then close the pan again with a lid and 3 minutes later remove the dish from the hob.

Enjoy your meal!
