6 cloves garlic
2 onions
1 sweet pepper

2 carrots
3 tablespoons oil
spices to taste (salt, ground black pepper, curry, cumin)

Wash the rice well, pour cold water over it and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the oil in a suitable pan, add the spices, shortly afterwards cut into thin straws onions and coarsely grated carrots. Five minutes later, add the peppers, cut into small cubes, stir and let everything simmer for 10 minutes.
It's time for the frozen green beans and corn (maybe together with the liquid), put them in the bowl with the other products, also the whole garlic cloves and leave everything to cook for a few more minutes.
Then add the rice to the vegetables, stir and let simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Pour about 500 milliliters of hot water. When it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes. You can add more spices at this stage if you deem it necessary.

All the liquid must evaporate. Serve the rice immediately.
