Necessary products
For the dough:
200 grams of butter
250 grams of granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
2.5 tablespoons cocoa
5 tablespoons grated bitter chocolate
250 grams of flour
1 packet of baking powder
For cream :
100 grams of butter
200 grams of condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup fresh milk
2 tablespoons flour
1 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons semolina
Method of preparation :
In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar and salt. Beat thoroughly with a mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
Mix the melted chocolate and cocoa.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the mixture, mix well.
You will get a mixture with a dark brown color and the consistency of a very thick cream.
If you consider, you can add a little flour or milk, depending on the density.
Spread the dough in a tray measuring 25 x 25, which you have previously lined with baking paper. Level the surface with a wet spatula and bake the dessert for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then wait for it to cool and cut into two parts - to get two swamps.
Make a cream. Mix the butter with the condensed milk and cocoa and mix until smooth.
Beat the eggs well with the sugar, add 1/2 teaspoon of the milk, flour and bring the mixture to a boil. When cool, mix with the combination of butter and condensed milk. If the consistency is too thick, pour milk. If it is very liquid, prepare the following mixture and add it to the cream (but do not make it in advance, only if necessary): boil 3 tablespoons of semolina in 1/2 teaspoon of milk. Cook until a very thick paste is obtained and do not add it hot or warm to the cream under any circumstances.
Assemble the cake, gluing the two loaves with part of the resulting cream, and spread the remaining amount on the outside of the cake.
