Necessary products

For brownies:

  • 120 g of well crushed unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tsp oil at room temperature
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 2 tsp vanillin

For the biscuit dough:

  • 3/4 tsp oil at room temperature
  • 3/4 tsp white sugar
  • 3/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1.5 tsp. vanillin
  • 1.5 tsp flour
  • 1.5 tsp fine chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp chocolate shavings for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Start with the brownie. Preheat oven to 160 degrees, spray the pan with non-stick spray. Take a glass bowl and melt the crushed chocolate in it (in the microwave). As soon as a thick slurry is obtained, stir, remove from the microwave and allow to cool.

Take a large bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar in it, beat with a mixer. To the resulting mixture add the eggs, vanilla and mix with the chocolate mass. It's time for the flour, add it, mix until you get a uniform consistency.

Grease the prepared pan with oil, pour the dough into it and bake for 25-35 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. When baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

The next step is to make the biscuit dough. In a bowl, mix the butter, white and brown sugar, beat with a mixer. Add the milk and vanilla, gradually add the flour. You should get a homogeneous mixture to which to add the chocolate chips.

Put the finished dough on the cooled brownie and place in the refrigerator. To tighten faster, you can use the freezer - the firmer it is, the better. And it will be easier to cut it into squares.

The dessert is nice to serve in paper cupcake tins. You can decorate with chocolate drops, chips or sawdust.
