Necessary products
For the dough:
100 grams of chocolate
125 grams of butter
50 grams of sugar
2 eggs
150 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of soda (without tip) a
pinch of salt
For the filling:
300 grams of cottage cheese
300 grams of fresh or frozen cherries
100 grams of sugar
2 eggs
Preparation :
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and allow the mixture to cool.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Thaw the cherries (if using frozen) and peel them.
Beat the remaining 2 eggs with the curd and sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
You should combine the egg and chocolate mixtures.
Add the sifted flour with the soda and stir until the lumps break up.
Cover the bottom of a suitable detachable form with parchment, grease the walls with oil and put 1/3 of the dough. Flatten the layer.
Spread half of the curd cream and half of the cherries on it.
Next is the dough again - another 1/3, half of the cream with the cottage cheese and the rest of the cherries.
The last layer is of dough.
Bake the dessert in a preheated 180 degree oven (without opening it) for 50 minutes.
