How To Cook Brownie With Sweet Potatoes And Dark Chocolate - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1/4 tea cup of cocoa powder
  • 300 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tea cup sunflower oil
  • 250 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 whole eggs + 3 yolks
  • 1 1/3 tea cup sifted flour
  • 300 grams of boiled and mashed sweet potatoes

for cream:

  • 300 grams of boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon mascarpone

Method of preparation :

Line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper (if possible, choose a size of about 18 x 28 cm).

Melt the butter, cocoa and 250 grams of chocolate in a water bath until combined, then allow the mixture to cool.

Mix the oil, vanilla, eggs and yolks. Add the flour, then pour in the chocolate mixture, sweet potatoes and the remaining crushed chocolate. Stir and pour the dough into the prepared pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Season the mashed potatoes with allspice and maple syrup. Add the mascarpone and stir.

Serve a slice of brownie with a spoonful of cream.
