Necessary products:

200 grams of bitter chocolate (59 - 70% cocoa)

170 grams of flour

250 - 300 grams of sugar

3 eggs

125 grams of butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

salt on the tip of a knife (optional)

0.5 teaspoon walnuts or almonds

Method of preparation:

Break 170 grams of chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl and melt in a water bath. Add the sliced butter to it and leave the mixture on the stove until it has a uniform consistency, stirring during this time. Then add the sugar, stir and remove the pan from the heat. You should add the eggs, but if the chocolate mixture is too hot, cool first so that the eggs do not cross. Put them one by one, stirring after adding each until you get a homogeneous consistency. Sift the flour, put the salt and baking powder in it, pour it into the chocolate-egg combination and mix.

Grind the remaining 30 grams of chocolate and nuts, add them to the dough and stir again.

Grease a form, cover with baking paper and grease once more. Put the dough and level the surface. Bake the dessert in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes (it is best to check the readiness with a toothpick). The main thing is not to overcook, the marsh should remain slightly moist.

After removing from the oven, cool the dessert, it is best to put it in the refrigerator for 8 - 12 hours (or overnight).

Enjoy your meal!
