How To Cook Bruschetta With Blueberries And Goat Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 200 grams of blueberries
  • 1 baguette, cut into slices
  • 150 grams of goat cheese at room temperature
  • small fresh basil leaves for garnish

Method of preparation :

Pour the water into the pan and add 1/2 tea cup of sugar, heat to medium heat. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the sugar crystals are completely melted. Transfer the syrup to a bowl and allow to cool, then add the blueberries and stir.

Put the remaining cup of sugar in a plate and with a slotted spoon transfer the blueberries to it, roll in the crystals and leave the fruit on a wire rack for 1 hour.

Lightly toast the bread and spread a thin layer of goat cheese. Add the blueberries and garnish with basil leaves.
