How To Cook Bruschetta With Brie Cheese, Arugula And Radishes - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bruschetta with brie cheese, arugula and radishes". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • baguette, cut diagonally into 16 pieces
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 tea cups radishes, cut into circles
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Brie cheese
  • 2 tea cups baby arugula leaves

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Arrange the pieces of bread on a baking sheet and season with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine radishes, 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Spread the bruschettas with 2 teaspoons of Brie cheese and garnish with arugula and radish mixture.
