How To Cook Bruschetta With Butter And Roasted Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 baguette, cut into fine circles
  • 60 grams of soft butter
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh oregano
  • 1-2 heads of fresh garlic
  • 1 sheet of aluminum foil
  • salt, black pepper, paprika

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grease the slices with soft oil, cut the lids of the garlic heads. Wrap them in foil and bake them for half an hour in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

Cool and spread the bread circles with freshly roasted garlic. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, black and red pepper. Arrange the bruschettas in a parchment-lined pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

Serve warm and eat them.
