How To Cook Bruschetta With Garlic Milk Cream, Tomatoes And Basil - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 finely chopped baguette
  • 150 grams of soft cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 sprigs of basil
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 and 1/4 teacups of tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teacup finely chopped parsley

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the pan with a sheet of parchment. Mix the cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Add finely chopped basil, garlic cloves, and mix until smooth. Spread each loaf of bread with milk cream, garnish with chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve the finished bruschettas, decorated with finely chopped parsley.
