Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300 grams of mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tea glass of red wine
  • 4 slices of bread (best to be with yeast)
  • 1 teaspoon Fontina cheese
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • sea ​​salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven on the upper rack and place the grid on the top level of the oven.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the mushrooms, thyme, mint and fry until browned - about 6 minutes. Add onion and garlic, fry until soft (about 2 minutes).

Pour the wine and when it evaporates season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.

Grease the bread slices with olive oil and bake them for about a minute, until they change color, turn them in the middle of baking.

Spread the cheese on the slices and bake until melted (for about a minute).

Remove the spice stalks from the mushrooms.
