How To Cook Bruschetta With Tomatoes, Onions And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Bruschetta with tomatoes, onions and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 small bagel
  • 3 small or 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • mascarpone, ricotta or other similar cheese
  • 50 grams of melted cheese or parmesan
  • a few sprigs of basil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic or dried

 

Method of preparation :

Add the garlic (if you use fresh, press it in advance), a pinch of salt and pepper to taste in olive oil. Add the finely chopped basil leaves or herbs to your liking.
Finely chop the tomatoes and onions, pour them into the aromatic oil and stir.

Cut the baguettes into slices, spread each with the selected cream cheese and arrange in a tray on a sheet of greased parchment paper.

Then put a little of the onion-tomato mixture on each slice and sprinkle with Parmesan or melted cheese.

Bake the bruschettas for 7-10 minutes in the oven, which you have preheated to 180 degrees. The coating will melt.

You can submit bruschettas both hot and cold.
