Necessary products for 6 servings:

 

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 150 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • samardala for sprinkling
  • 20 grams of spreading oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Remove the edges of the baguette, cut it into slices and grease each with oil. Beat the eggs with cream cheese, add the yellow cheese and spread the resulting mixture on the bread circles.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, cover a tray with non-stick paper, arrange the bruschettas and bake for 15 minutes.
