How To Cook Brussels Sprouts, Walnuts And Pomegranate Salad - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 200 grams of Brussels sprouts
  • 1 pomegranate, cut in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed roasted walnuts
  • 2-3 stalks of finely chopped green onions
  • 50 grams of raisins

 

For the dressing:

 

  • 1 teaspoon yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1-2 sprigs of rosemary
  • juice of one lemon
  • juice of one lime
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, clean, finely chop the cabbage and place in a bowl.

 

Add the pomegranate seeds, finely chopped onions, raisins and walnuts. Mix the vegetables and make the dressing by mixing all the products and mixing until homogeneous.

 

Serve the salad chilled, garnished with the resulting dressing.
