Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of bucatini with a thickness of your choice
  • 300 grams of beef cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
  • a few stalks of green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon beef broth
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the bucatini, cool and set aside. Cut the beef into strips and fry them in hot fat. Season with finely chopped mushrooms and garlic.

Dilute the mixture with the broth and season with salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until the liquid is reduced.

Add the bucatini, add chili sauce and finely chopped green onions. Divide the dish into portions and serve warm.
