How To Cook Buckwheat And Cottage Cheese Casserole With Spinach And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 grams of spinach leaves
  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 70 grams of aromatic cheese (cheddar, parmesan or other)
  • 30 grams of walnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of grated nutmeg
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Boil a glass and a half of water in a saucepan. Add salt, pour the buckwheat and let the beans cook until ready.

 

Bake the walnuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes, then cut them into large pieces.

 

Peel an onion and chop finely, fry it in olive oil until soft.

 

Then pour the spinach into the bowl, stir and three minutes later season, add the walnuts and remove the pan from the heat.

Grate the selected cheese with a fine grater and set aside 2 tablespoons to sprinkle the casserole.

Mix the remaining amount with the cottage cheese and buckwheat.

 

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Divide the combination into two large baking tins, pre-greased with oil. Put spinach on the surface and sprinkle with the reserved cheese.

In the middle of the two portions make indentations in which you knock one egg. Add salt.

Place the molds in the oven for 15-20 minutes so that the egg whites are completely firm.
