Learn how to cook "Buckwheat smoothie, dates and banana with walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 tablespoons buckwheat bran
3/4 tea cups of fresh milk
1/2 banana
3 dates
raspberries for decoration
walnuts to taste
Method of preparation :
Drizzle the bran with fresh milk and leave for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the banana and peel the dates.
Pour the swollen bran with the milk into a blender, add the fruit and beat everything until smooth.
Distribute the mixture in suitable cups, garnish with raspberries and walnuts to taste.
The smoothie is ready. Enjoy your meal!
