Required products :

250 grams of buckwheat
100 grams of raw-dried ham
3-4 mushrooms
2-3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
garlic to taste
parsley to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the buckwheat, fill it with 500 milliliters of cold water and cook until done. During the first 5 minutes of cooking, the pot should be closed with a lid.

Melt the butter in a separate bowl, pour olive oil and in this combination fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley.

Then add the chopped mushrooms.

5 minutes later add the pieces of ham.

Let them cook for 3-4 minutes and finally it's the tomatoes' turn. Season with salt and ground black pepper.

Close the pan with a lid and let the products simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Add the cooked buckwheat to the resulting sauce. Stir and let the dish simmer for about 3 minutes.

Then turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes so that the grains absorb the sauce well.

Serve hot.
