Required products :
200 grams of yellow cheese
2 teaspoons boiled buckwheat
100 grams of spinach
2 eggs
3 cloves garlic
hot pepper to taste
dill to taste
salt to taste
rolling flour
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Mash the cooked buckwheat with your hands, season with salt and pepper, add the grated yellow cheese, spinach, dill, crushed garlic and both eggs. Knead everything and form meatballs from the minced meat. Roll them in flour and fry in hot oil to form an appetizing crust.
