Method of preparation :
Fry small pieces of bacon fry in their own fat, onion (finely chopped) fry in oil.
Wash the buckwheat, pour it into boiling salted water and remove the empty grains that will rise to the surface.
Boil the porridge until thickened, stirring. Then reduce the temperature of the hob, close the pan with a lid and let the dish stand for 10 minutes.
Before serving, mix with the fried bacon and onion, pour over the melted butter and garnish with green spices if desired.
