Required products :

800 grams of beef
200 grams of buckwheat
5 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
3 eggs
150 grams of yellow cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves

oil

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, put it in cold water and bring to a boil. When this happens, reduce the heat and remove the foam that has formed, leave the beef to cook for 1.5-2 hours.
Only when cooked slowly does the broth become rich, fragrant, tasty and transparent.
Peel carrots, potatoes and onions. Grate carrots and dice onions and potatoes.
Fry onions and carrots in hot oil until golden.
Remove the finished meat from the broth.
Put the potatoes in the boiling liquid and let them cook for 10 minutes. Then add salt to taste and add the washed buckwheat. When the broth boils again, pour in the fried onions and carrots, bay leaves and cook for another 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add to the soup, pouring them in a thin stream. Next, mash the garlic, more salt if necessary, and leave everything on the stove for another 5 minutes, then turn it off.
15-20 minutes later you can serve, distributing in suitable plates, in each of which add a piece of meat, grated cheese and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.
