Required products :

  • 120 grams of buckwheat
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley (for decoration)

  • 1 tablespoon frying oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/5 teaspoon spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Grease a pan with a little oil, heat it and fry the buckwheat in it on low heat for a few minutes, stirring.

Then pour water in a ratio of 1: 2 to the grains (if necessary, add more). Season and cook on low heat under a lid for 15-20 minutes.

When the buckwheat softens, remove the pan from the heat, add the butter (it will melt immediately).

Grate the yellow cheese and pour it over the hot beans. Stir, the cheese will melt quickly. Serve immediately with sliced ​​tomatoes and garnish with parsley. You can sprinkle with a little soy sauce or ketchup.
