400 grams of minced meat

1 cup buckwheat

150 grams of fresh mushrooms

1 - 2 juicy tomatoes (or 1 tablespoon tomato paste)

2 sweet peppers

1 carrot

1 onion

2 teaspoons broth or water

1 tablespoon sour cream

salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the buckwheat into a dry pan and dry on the stove for a few minutes. Fry the minced meat in a little fat, mashing so that no lumps form. Add finely chopped onions, sliced ​​mushrooms a minute later and fry until the liquid evaporates. Then add the grated carrots and tomatoes (without the skins), put the spices and peppers, cut into cubes. Let everything simmer for about 3-4 minutes and add the buckwheat. Pour the broth, follow the cream, salt to taste and bring to a boil. When this happens, close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and let the dish cook for 30 minutes.
