Required products :

 

1 cup buckwheat

2 teaspoons water

salt and spices to taste

 

250 grams of fresh mushrooms

3 tablespoons flour

1 onion

oil or butter

3 teaspoons water

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the buckwheat in water (about 20 minutes), add salt when the water boils. Peel an onion, slice it and fry in fat until transparent. Then add the mushrooms and let them fry for about 10 minutes. Then the flour, and 3 minutes later pour the water and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Arrange the buckwheat in suitable plates and pour over the mushroom sauce.
