How To Cook Bulgur Salad With Tomatoes And Lemon Dressing - Recipe

Required products :

  • 225 grams of bulgur
  • 300 grams of tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams of crushed walnuts
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 100 grams of chopped radishes
  • 80 grams of pomegranate seeds
  • 30 grams of parsley, finely chopped

for dressing:

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon sumac

Method of preparation :

Boil chickpeas in hot water until cooked. Drain and pour cold water to cool and stop cooking.

Combine all dressing products.

In a large bowl, place the bulgur, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, radishes, pomegranates and parsley. Stir and season to taste. Drizzle with the dressing and serve the salad.

You can eat this salad for lunch, and if you add a boiled egg to it, it will be even more complete and filling.
