Required products :

  • 300 grams of bulgur
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 grams of fresh mint
  • 50 grams of parsley
  • 50 grams of basil
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 grams of dried tomatoes
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 50 grams of butter
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil bulgur in boiling salted water for 10 minutes under a lid. Then add the oil, turn off the stove and leave the beans for another 5 minutes.

Finely chop the mint, parsley and basil leaves, mix them with the crushed garlic cloves. Add the randomly chopped dried tomatoes, pour the olive oil and the freshly squeezed juice of the two lemons. To the resulting mixture add the chopped hot pepper, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix everything.

Mix the prepared bulgur with the aromatic combination of herbs and spices. Let the salad stand for about 5 minutes so that the flavors and aromas can be absorbed, then serve.
