  • 1 well-ripened tomato (or 4-5 cherries)
  • left

Method of preparation :

Pour bulgur into 2-3 tablespoons of hot oil, stir and fry for literally 1-2 minutes.

Carefully pour 3 teaspoons of hot water (600 milliliters), close the container with a lid, stirring occasionally.

Cook bulgur over medium heat until cooked through (15-20 minutes). The nipples must absorb all the liquid.

Meanwhile, wash the chicken and divide it into small portions, which you dry. Fry them in the remaining oil until a light golden crust forms (about 15 minutes).

Meanwhile, peel and cut the onion into semicircles. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into pieces, and the tomatoes - into thin slices.

Once the chicken is golden, add the vegetables, salt and let everything simmer until the meat is ready and until the other products soften. This will take approximately 20 minutes.

Arrange the bulgur on a plate and place the chicken with the vegetables on it.

Drizzle the dish with the sauce formed during cooking and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
