Required products :
250 grams of bulgur
1 - 2 tablespoons oil or butter
2 tablespoons ground walnuts
100 grams mix of dried fruits (raisins, apricots, figs, dates)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
Wash the dried fruits, pour warm boiled water over them for 30 minutes to swell and soften, then cut into thin strips.
Boil the bulgur until ready according to the instructions on the package in salted water. Add the oil.
Mix part of the walnuts and part of the dried fruits with the porridge, decorate the dish with the rest.
