Required products :
3/4 teaspoon bulgur
6 stalks celery
3/4 teaspoon roasted walnuts
1/2 medium pomegranate
1 teaspoon mint leaves and parsley
juice of half a pomegranate
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the bulgur, fill it with water in a ratio of 1: 2 and leave for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the celery into thin slices, crush the garlic with the salt.
Transfer the bulgur to a bowl, add the celery, green spices, ground walnuts and pomegranate seeds.
Make a sauce by mixing olive oil with fruit juice and crushed garlic. Pour the bulgur with it, stir and the garnish is ready. You can also serve as a salad.
